Printer Offline

Reconnect your printer and check why a print job is waiting.

  1. Check the printer

Confirm it is powered on, has paper, and is not displaying an error.

  2. Check the connection

For Wi-Fi, check that the computer and printer use the same network. For USB, check the cable at both ends.

  3. Inspect the queue

Open your printer’s print queue. Check the selected device and cancel only the stuck jobs you no longer need.

  4. Try again

Restart the printer and computer, then send one test page. Follow the operating-system guide below if it remains offline.
